Our founder and CEO, Scott Francis, was the same way when he first started in the industry. However, he quickly discovered that the companies he was working so hard for did not give him the tools and freedom he needed to succeed. Hence, he quickly found out why he was called a “captive” agent. It was only when he became an independent agent that he was able to achieve real financial freedom and the practical skills to succeed.
